Terms & Conditions
Quotes & Orders: All quotes and orders must be done from the Designer section of the website, www.designtradesolutionsllc.com. Please make sure all information is filled out correctly using the correct item codes if possible. Please sign and date your forms.
Payments: Payment can be made by check, credit card (3.2% charge), Venmo or PayPal. For orders estimated to be completed in four weeks or less, we require payment in full. If more than four weeks, 50% deposit and balance paid before shipment from the vendor is required. If a vendor requires payment in full to secure a back-ordered, or special-order item, we will advise you ahead of time.
Shipping: Shipments to residences must be noted at time of order and we will confirm if residential delivery is available. If you do not have a preferred carrier, we will be happy to suggest shipping companies that we use, who specialize in furniture deliveries. We work with Receiving and Delivery Warehouse all over the states. If you do not have one in your area, we will help you find a resource.
Sales Aides: We will work with our vendors to have sales aides when needed. Memo samples are always available upon request.
Client Suggested Pricing: We encourage all designers to sell as close to client suggested pricing as possible. All client suggested pricing has been researched at the time of quoting. We encourage you to recheck prior to quoting your client, as price changes happen quickly online. Further info will be given once your application has been approved. All fabric lines are at cost, and most of the time you can order right online. This allows you to also receive the extra showroom discount, from 10-20%, on almost all lines. We carry Bella Notte Bedding that we sell to Designers at cost, in order to keep it in the studio. (We all use and love this line). Not all of our lines are listed on the website. Please let us know if you are looking for a Resource that is not listed. We also pass along all of our discounts from Wayfair, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware and more if you do not have an account. We also pass along our Contractors discount from our local Lighting Center.
Uniform Sales and Use Tax Certificate is preferred, but not required to become a Partner of Design Trade Solutions, LLC.
